Last Friday, August 6th, Condominium Law Group had the pleasure of hosting many of our friends and colleagues in the condominium “world” at the home of our executive director, Gil Price. Gil graciously opened his home to a crowd so we could pile on his roof to watch the famous Blue Angels practice for their Seafair shows over the weekend.
We had a great time laughing, eating, and talking – mostly not about work! Chelsea Mehaffie of EMB Management was kind enough to share these photos with us for publication on the blog. Enjoy!

structural integrity of flooring in overhead unit has deteriorated in recent years to the degree that the least amount of human traffic in overhead unit results in squeaking and pounding noises that prevent any semblance of restful sleep at night or the wholesome enjoyment of my premises.
who is responsible for the condition of the overhead floor joists/floor substrate/flooring surface that is adversely affecting habitation in my ground level unit?
Randall, that question cannot be answered without reviewing the governing documents for your association. That is where you would find information regarding who OWNS and who is responsible for MAINTAINING (sometimes the same party, sometimes not) the elements of the building you are talking about.
