Congratulations to Ken Harer, the founder and managing member of Condominium Law Group, PLLC, who has been inducted into the College of Community Association Lawyers (CCAL)!

The CCAL was established by the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and consists of attorneys from all fifty states who CAI recognizes as being committed to excellence in the practice of community association law.  While many thousands of attorneys nationwide practice community association law, fewer than 150 of those attorneys have been admitted to the CCAL.  Until recently, only one attorney in Washington State had been admitted to the CCAL.  Our state now has four community association lawyers in the CCAL ranks.

Attorneys admitted to the CCAL are not just excellent in their practice of community association law.  They have also demonstrated a commitment to the development of our field of law, to the education and empowerment of community association boards and members, and to the highest standards of professional and ethical conduct.

The attorneys at Condominium Law Group are excited to announce Ken’s membership in CCAL and to congratulation him for this achievement.
