Our annual SEAFAIR & Blue Angel LUNCHEON is upon us! 

Please join us at our annual Seafair & Blue Angel luncheon for Community Association Managers taking place on Friday, August 5, 2016 from noon – 4pm at Gil Price’s Leschi home located at 3513 S. Leschi Place, Seattle, WA 98144.  Mark your calendars as we look forward to seeing you!

NEWS FLASH! We’ve just received confirmation that we will have our very own Taco Truck at this year’s Seafair & Blue Angel luncheon!  You’ll be able to order a variety of tacos and quesadillas (both veggie and meat will be available) along with chips, salsa and guacamole!  We’ll enjoy it all with some adult beverages too!  J

Update! On behalf of everyone at Condominium Law Group we would like to thank all of our community association manager friends for the outpouring of support along with the countless emails and calls during the last few weeks.  We REALLY appreciate it.

As of this week, we are fully staffed again after hiring two attorneys and two paralegals.  The Condo Law team has reviewed all of the client files and if you need any updates, please let usknow ASAP.  Clients wishing to stay with us need not do anything.
